We believe our everyday actions can make a big difference. One of our core values at Seas of Action is to give back and help those that are protecting our environment for future generations. That is why we donate 1% of all online sales to organizations that help with ocean conservation and fight plastic pollution. This 1% donation is covered by us with no additional charge to our customers.

Where Your Purchase Makes an Impact
We donate 1% of all sales to nonprofit organizations that align with our mission – from protecting our oceans to strengthening our local communities.
One of the groups we’re proud to support is The 5 Gyres Institute, a leader in the fight against plastic pollution. Their research, including 19 ocean expeditions, has been instrumental in raising awareness about microplastics. In fact, their work contributed to the Microbead-Free Waters Act, which banned microbeads — a major source of ocean microplastics.
But they’re just one part of the change. Throughout the year, we also contribute to other nonprofits focused on environmental conservation and community well-being.

Small Actions Can Have a Big Impact
For years, we’ve been offered laundry detergent in attention-grabbing, colorful plastic jugs. Unfortunately, these options contribute to a very large proportion of our household plastic pollution. Approximately 1 billion laundry jugs are discarded in the US annually! The solution is NOT recycling because most of these are not properly recycled.
We need to create more products with sustainability in mind. Our mission at Seas of Action is to provide products that replace various single-use plastics in our homes, starting with laundry detergent that’s biodegradable, safe, and plastic-free.
Plastic-Free
No more single-use plastic jugs, and no plastic in our shipping materials. We're also committed to launching more plastic-free products.
Friendly Packaging
We don’t want to contribute to the landfill problem. That’s why our packaging is 100% recyclable, without packing fillers.
Water Conscious
Made with biodegradable ingredients, our formula also uses less water than traditional liquid detergents.
Better Shipping
We use the “public transit system” of shipping to reduce the environmental impact of rush shipping.
